## What Bleu is

A product engineering studio for software work that's hard to delegate.
When critical work is stuck and a team can't afford to keep managing it,
Bleu steps in to understand the real problem and own it end to end.
Not staff augmentation.

## Working model

- Offerings: Assessment (1-3 weeks, diagnosis + recommendation), Sprint
  (2-8 weeks, one bounded problem end to end), Squad (3+ months, dedicated
  team owning a product area), Sprint #0 (one project per month — a week

- A perfect spec is not required to start
- Production-ready delivery, documentation, and handoff
- Bleu will never compete with you
